Andrea Cecilie Moe was born in Skanland, Norway on June 7, 1861, the daughter of Hanna Zaccarina Hansdatter (from Rens, Astafjord, Norway) and John Mikael Henriksen (a Lapp from Sannemark, Norway). She died on September 30, 1958 in Trondheim, Norway. She was married in 1885 to Hans Andreas Hansen (Ulvik, Tjelsund, Norway) and they had no Children. She later married and divorced John Andreas Sivertsen Stene (he was born in 1852 and died on April 1, 1928). She later married her third husband - Mr. Moe. Andrea's children were all born in Norway but only Jonette, Ingeborg and Aslaug remained in their native country. Sigrid Helene and Ole moved the United States, and Aagot Ruth moved to Sweden.
