Small Norse Sailboat

We saw an old dude in a "Four Winds" hat near the North Cape. He had a little boy similarly dressed standing by his tepee while a mangy reindeer munched moss clumps out of a wooden bucket on his little wooden sled. Across the road you could see the aluminum trailer he probably really lived in.

Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Russia all have an indigenous Lapp population that crosses border at the top of the world without regard to nationality as they chase their reindeer. This guy is Russian, but he sure looks like a real Lapp
